Everyone has the right to create their own story, and I want to help you be the author of your life. A few years ago, I decided to change careers midlife to pursue my calling as a counseling professional. I can think of no greater honor than to be a part of someone's journey toward living a meaningful and purposeful life. I have an innately existential approach, but embrace a multitude of counseling modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy and Gestalt. I look forward to assisting people of all ages, of al backgrounds who are looking to effect change in their lives in some capacity. Whether it is working through depression and anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or dealing with life transitions, I believe that each of us has strengths and abilities that enable us to work through our challenges. Additionally, I have a special interest in helping women struggling with reproductive health including infertility, pregnancy, or issues of sexuality.
Outside of work, I enjoy martial arts, reading, tacos, and spending time with my three sons.
I look forward to connecting with you.
